The project includes a new 7km route linking the existing Orbital Ring Road at Red Hall to Thorpe Park Junction 46 of the M1. It includes a new 50mph carriageway with pedestrian, equestrian and cycling infrastructure. MSF was awarded the £4m contract to deliver the street lighting, signage and technology packages for this project.
The technology ducting was installed with extra capacity to to support future business and residential developments in the area and to prevent future disruption. As part of the project, MSF also constructed 11 flights of stairs to provide access to pillars and cabinets.
