MSF recently delivered a comprehensive street lighting and signage renewal scheme at the East Ord Roundabout on the A1, working directly for National Highways as principal contractor.
The project involved replacing the street lighting, signage and all associated infrastructure around the roundabout on both the A1 and the outer ring road.
MSF recently completed a comprehensive lighting renewal scheme on the A19 between Easington and Peterlee.
MSF recently completed the electrical infrastructure package for the St Neots Market Square regeneration project, on behalf of principal contractor Taylor Woodrow.
This project has transformed the area into a larger and more flexible square, maximising the space for markets and other events.
We’re currently delivering two major traffic signal renewal projects on the M1 at Junctions 25 and 28, with a combined contract value of approximately £1.6 million.
This project involves improving approximately 4 miles of the A1 between Junctions 65 and 67 by adding an extra lane on both the north and southbound carriageways, and replacing Allerdene railway bridge which carries the A1 over the east coast mainline railway. MSF delivered the signage, street lighting and technology packages on this scheme.
MSF has been working on National Highway’s LED Replacement Programme across Areas 3, 4, 6/8 and 14, and has replaced over 4500 lanterns so far.
MSF recently installed a private 5G small-cell network through the centre of Sunderland. This project forms part of a wider initiative to create the UK’s most advanced SMART city.
Since 2019 we’ve been working as the main off-site civils contractor for alt-net and Internet Service Provider (ISP) Fibrenest, helping them to deploy their own brand FTTH service for their new build houses across the UK.
We recently constructed a 30km Public Infrastructure Access (PIA) Fibre network across South Durham and Sunderland on behalf of Fibrenest.
