The Smart Motorways Programme is to increase lane capacity on National Highways’ strategic road network through embedding roadside technology and converting hard shoulders to all-lane running.
MSF will be delivering major packages of work under this framework including motorway communications, street lighting, electrical infrastructure, directional drilling, radar masts, steps, paving & chambers, duct networks and traffic signs.
