Health & Safety
Health and Safety training is considered an upmost priority within the business. Our in-house Health and Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing our operational works and ensuring they’re being reviewed, planned and executed to a safe standard.
Since gaining our BSI QMS accreditation in February 2012, we have used other accrediting platforms such as CHAS and Safe Contractor for health and safety compliance and SSIP.
We recognise the impact our operations have on the environment and strive to minimise these wherever possible.
We’re committed to reducing waste to landfill by segregating our waste – waste electrical items, aluminium and steel are currently recycled on all our sites.
As a national contractor, we try to minimise travel as much as possible to lower our carbon footprint, and our new regional office set up has greatly reduced staff travel time.
From our inception, we’ve put great effort into creating a robust management system that ensures quality, not only in the products we install, but also in our delivery.
We operate a mature, externally audited BSI ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, together with National Highway Sector Scheme 8.
Through our quest for continual improvement, we then successfully gained the BSI OHSAS 18001 accreditation in June 2016 and we’re now looking to transition to BSI 45001 at our earliest opportunity.
