JOB DESCRIPTION

The Role:

  • Reception duties
  • Booking hotels for the Management and Operations team
  • Placing orders for the Buying and Operations team – using Elite software (training will be given)
  • Scanning documents
  • Opening and sending post
  • Meet and greet visitors including making teas and coffees
  • General Administration support for the Operations, Buying and Commercial teams.

The Person:

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to deal with colleagues and peers alike
  • Good and tested use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint would be an advantage but not necessary
  • Natural organiser 
  • Good English ‘A’ level and ideally educated to BTec level
