MSF is the sole, off-track street lighting, signage and highways signals supplier on the Eastern section of this multi-billion-pound programme of railway improvements across 12 stations which will bring better journeys to passengers travelling across the Pennines between Manchester, Huddersfield, Leeds and York.

COFA 3 is the third-generation framework for Connect Plus, who manage and maintain the M25 motorway and all associated arterial link roads on behalf of National Highways.

Jackson is one of four contractors on COFA3, and MSF is Jackson’s specialist supply chain partner delivering street lighting, signage and technology services on this framework.

Kier Highways is maintenance and response contractor for Areas 3 & 4, providing all routine and cyclic maintenance on the trunk road and motorway network around Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Kent and Sussex.

MSF provides street lighting, signage and technology services to Kier as part of this framework.

Amey is the Highways maintenance and response contractor for Area 10, providing all routine and cyclic maintenance on the trunk road and motorway network around Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Lancashire.

MSF provides technology services to Amey as part of this framework.

MSF has delivered major packages of work under this framework including motorway communications, street lighting, electrical infrastructure, directional drilling, radar masts, steps, paving & chambers, duct networks and traffic signs.

The six year framework will enable the delivery of renewals across a range of activities, including lighting & technology.
MSF have been selected to supply street lighting in areas 3, 4, 6 & 8 and 14, and technology assets in areas 6 & 8, 7 10 and 14.
